  1. How do I place an order?

  1. How do I place an order?
    BROWSE OUR SHOP:
    First, browse our shop by clicking on the category links in the left column or at the top of the page, or enter a keyword in the Quick Find Box to find exactly what you are looking for. You will then be presented with a list of relevant products.

    ADD THINGS TO YOUR SHOPPING CART (BASKET):
    When you have found a product that you'd like to buy, click "Add To Cart". This saves your chosen product in your Shopping Cart. If you would like to buy more than one of your chosen product, type the number in the Quantity box of the Shopping Cart, then click "Update" to update the amount. If you would like to remove a product from your Shopping Cart, click your cursor on the "Remove" Checkbox, then click "Update". If you would like to browse for more products, there is no need to click "Continue Shopping", just select from the menu again. Any items you currently have in your Shopping Cart will remain there until you buy or remove them. You can see which items you have in your Shopping Cart in the Shopping Cart box (right hand column). Otherwise, click the "Checkout" button to make your purchase.

    GO TO THE CHECKOUT:
    When you are ready to buy your chosen products, click the "Checkout" link at the top of the page or click the "checkout" button on the shopping cart page. If you are a new customer to DWP Music Services, click the "Continue" button and simply add your contact details, choose a password and click the "Continue" button once more to proceed to the next stage. If you are already a DWP Music Services customer (have previously registered or made purchases), click the "Sign In" button to log in with your email address and password.

    CONFIRM YOUR DELIVERY INFORMATION:
    Make sure that your delivery address is correct, then click "Continue".

    CHOOSE YOUR PAYMENT METHOD:
    All of our website transactions are handled through our PayPal Payment Portal. Just click the "Continue" button, and at the end of checkout you will be automatically taken to the PayPal website where you will have the option to sign to your account or pay by credit card if you don't have an account. The items from your cart should transfer over to PayPal, so you should the product name and your total price.

    CONFIRM YOUR ORDER:
    Make sure that all the information is correct, then confirm your order by clicking "Confirm Order". You will be routed to the PayPal website to complete the payment process. After you have completed your PayPal transaction click the "Continue" button to return to our order confirmation page. On this page you will see your order number and a link to view and print your receipt.

  2. I didn't recieve my download link and I don't see my order in the history page! What happened?
    We offer secure order processing through PayPal. After you complete your payment you MUST press the "Continue" button at PayPal.com to return to our website. This gives our system a confirmation that your payment was recieved. If you don't do this step your download links won't appear and there will be no record of your purchase in your Order History page. If this occurs notify us by email and we will manually send the link to your product.

  3. How will I know when my print order is ready to be shipped?
    We will send you regular emails to keep you informed on the status of your print order. The usual turnaround time for a print job is 5-7 business days. We ship on the next morning that print production finished.

  4. What is in the Members Only Area?
    The Members Only Area is full of important resources that can help further your music career. You can download free imformative music business articles, audio samples, hip-hop instrumentals, and the dozens design templates for your printing jobs.

  5. I signed up for the DWP Support Network, but I still can't get into the Members Only Area.
    After you've signed up for the DWP Support Network, you then need to order your Members Only VIP Pass by adding it to your cart and completing the checkout process. This pass has the password to get into the Members Only Area. The MOA password is not the same a your login password.
