United Parcel Service (UPS)
All printing and CD duplication products will be shipped via UPS. We will email a UPS tracking number for your package(s) and it will
also be available for viewing in your order history pages.
DWP Music Services cannot be held responsible for delays caused by UPS, USPS, or any other shipping carriers.
Local Pick Up
Pick-up hours are from: 10:00AM - 4:00 PM Monday - Friday ONLY. Please call to arrange a designated pick-up time to ensure our
availability.
Our facility is located at 20937 John R Rd. in Hazel Park, MI between 8 & 9 Mile Roads. The easiest way to get to us is via 8 Mile Rd.
Eastbound 8 Mile drivers will make left onto John R Rd. and look for our facility approximately 2 blocks on left (Westside of John R).
Westbound 8 Mile drivers will make a right (North) onto John R Rd and look for our facility on the left (Westside of John R). Our
building is clearly marked "DWP Music Services". Make a left turn onto West Hayes and enter the parking lot from the rear.
